"Member" means any verified user of our platform, and "Services" encompasses all features, tools, and resources we provide. All pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owners. Collaborative outputs are typically subject to open source licensing unless explicitly stated otherwise. Platform content and branding remain KXSB property.
Members must maintain confidentiality of shared proprietary information and respect member privacy. Open source outputs are exempt from confidentiality requirements.
KXSB commits to protecting member data, maintaining appropriate security measures, and using information in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection for platform operations, communications from KXSB, and analytics purposes.
KXSB's liability is limited to 50% of membership fees paid in the prior 12 months and covers direct damages only. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, member interactions, third-party content, or service interruptions.
Access may be terminated by mutual agreement, with 30 days notice, or immediately for violations. Upon termination, access rights cease and confidentiality obligations continue. No fee refunds will be issued.
KXSB may modify these terms with notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Material changes will require explicit member acknowledgment.
These terms are governed by English Law, with disputes subject to English Courts jurisdiction. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
