KXSB today announced the launch of the KXSB AI Talent Exchange, a new integrated approach designed to address one of the most pressing challenges facing enterprises: the rapid and effective acquisition of AI talent.
As organisations move from AI experimentation to scaled deployment with a strong focus on return on investment, demand for skilled AI professionals has reached unprecedented levels. KXSB will launch its first AI Talent Exchange event on 27 March 2026 at Here East in London, coordinated with the Agents and Robotics HackXelerator™. Additional in-person and virtual events are planned throughout 2026 in London and other global markets.

KXSB is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 2024 as a UK Community Interest Company (CIC). It operates an open AI innovation community focused on rapidly translating ideas into working prototypes within a 20-day cycle.
Innovation is delivered through KXSB's trademarked HackXelerator™ model, combining the speed and creativity of hackathons with the structure of accelerators. Collaboration is supported through a Discord-based platform enabling global participation.
The KXSB community includes more than 2,500 active members and 20 technology supplier partners. In 2025, KXSB delivered over 60 HackXelerator™ projects and hosted 15 in-person events across London, Paris, and Berlin.
